the dream home is to have

1. extended kitchen area with a bar and more storage

2. a comfy living room with area for at-home exercise

3. a guest room to host visiting parents or friends

4. a dressing table

a few modifications in the layout are carried out.

1. we removed the partition wall of the kitchen, turned it into an open-kitchen.

2. by adding a low cabinet, the work counter of kitchen is extended. it works as partition between kitchen and dining area.

3. the added cabinet is connected with another one and made into the tv wall

4. we changed the swing door to sliding door for both small bedrooms.

5. by removing the partition of the middle sized room, we connect this study/guest room with living room. it greatly improved the vision and lighting.
